Tasting Notes
This impressive, attractively packaged English sparkler comes from a single estate, near Ditchling up on the South Downs. Made from a classic blend of 43% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 22% Pinot Meunier with some good bottle age. In the glass an enticing floral apply nose unfolds with hints of brioche then a complex long dry palate offering a red and green apple medley, again brioche, hints of yeast and 'lemony' nice acidity. Really good! A banker amid BREXIT uncertainty. Court Farm were shortlisted for the 2016 IWSC Best UK Producer, only being pipped to the post by Nyetimber,
