Tasting Notes
The Nuits based domaine of Faiverley acquired this famous Cotes de Beaune vineyard in a shopping spree in the mid 2000's; a 1.25 acre old vine plot situated in the finer les Rugiens Haut were the soils are a deeper iron rich marl with vines planted in 1953 bought from Dom. Annick Parent, their first vintage was in 2007. This classic Rugiens is muscly and rich and will age very well.
