Description

Alain Thiénot is now one of the major players in Champagne owning Canard Duchêne and Joseph Perrier, but his own estate is his pride and joy. The house is now run by his son Stanislas and daughter Garance, their wines go from strength to strength.

Their delicious NV Brut has an unusually high level of reserve wines, 50%, with the base vintage being 2020, giving real depth and length. Typified by complexity and elegant dryness with a palate of apples, pears, vanilla and toasted brioche, with balanced acidity these wines never fail to impress and often out point the big boys in blind tastings. I cannot recommend this wine more highly.
