This 40 acre organic estate is situated on slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain in Stellenbosch and has been owned since the 1990’s by the Laibach-Kuehner family.
This Bordeaux blend gets its name from the 3000 ladybirds that used to be released each year into the vineyard, after 14 years this cycle reproduces naturally. Made from 38% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Cabernet Franc, 12% Petit Verdot and 7% Malbec aged in old oak this is attractive with soft ripe fruit and easy tannins.
