Description

This stunning Cabernet Franc is sourced entirely from Anthonij’s vines in Franschhoek. The grapes are carefully sorted both by hand and optically before pasing into wooden fermenters. After a few days cold soaking the fermentation starts naturally and the resultant wine is pressed and further aged in French oak barriques, 50% new, for 24 months. Only 20 barrels produced
