Description

The Collet family have been farming in Chablis since 1792, Jean Collet founded his estate in 1952 which is now run by his grandson Romain. Romain has converted most of the estate to organic farming. His lovely Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons comes from five parcels, all organic since 2018, with an average age of 40 years of age.

The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged in stainless steel and large old oak vats. The partial oak aging just gives extra texture to this lovely fresh impressive Chablis
