Description
Alain Thiénot is now one of the major players in Champagne owning Canard Duchene and Joseph Perrier, but his own estate is his pride and joy. The house is now jointly run by his son Stanislas and daughter Garance, their wines go from strength to strength. Typified by complexity and elegant dryness with a palate of apples, pears, vanilla and toasted brioche, with balanced acidity these wines never fail to impress and often out point the big boys in blind tastings. I cannot recommend this wine more highly.
