Description
Domaine des Entrefaux is run by fifth Generation owner Francois Tardy and his wife Anne. Their 27 hectare estate in some of the best sites in Crozes-Hermitage is farmed organically, certified in 2013.
Their powerful and rich Crozes Hermitage Les Marchonnières is from their oldest Syrah vines, 50-70 years old.
The grapes are destemmed and fermented for about 4 weeks in wooden vats then aged 18 months in 1-3 year old barrels and part in amphoras.
