Description
Château Villeneuve sits on an escarpment overlooking the River Loire, its winemaking history dates to the 16th century. It is run by Jean-Pierre Chevallier, an ex tutor of Oenology at Bordeaux University. His 25 hectare of organically farmed vineyards are planted on chalky soils, which gives minerality and freshness to the Cabernet Franc which is aged in large barrels to keep the vibrant fruit
