Description
A delicious delicate but creamy red fruited rosé from Ch. Saint-Maur one of the few Cru Classé estates in the Côtes de Provence AC
Made from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvêdre, Rolle and Carignan given a short maceration on the skins before being run into stainless steel tanks for fermentation.
Very attractive red fruits on the nose and palate, complex and elegant with an almost creamy texture with good lenth and a dry mineral finish.
