A lovely floral nosed and peachy fruited Macabeu from this excellent co-operative situated in the Côtes de Roussillon Village of Biaxas.
Dom Brial was founded in 1923 as a co-operative to support growers still reeling from the damage to their vineyards caused by Phylloxera, and was named after Dom Bial a Benedictine monk who had endowed schools in the village. Now extending to 200 families and 2000 hectares of vines.
