Description

Domaine Bruno Sorg was created in 1965, now situated in the village of Eguisheim near Colmar. The Domaine is now run by François Sorg, his wife Reginé and his son Antoine.

While many growers are looking to make lean mineral wines François is making unashamedly rich, full flavoured wines, typified by this lovely Gewurztraminer. He labels his Gewurztraminer Moelleux, meaning rich, don’t be put off by this, this mouth filling food friendly wine is packed with ripe spicey fruit, dried mango along with the classic lychee and lots of length finishing  just off dry, very long and complex.
