Description
Domaine Michel Chavet dates from 1971 with 5 hectares of vines in the village of Davayé, the year the Saint Veran AOC was created, but the Chavet viticultural roots go back to the 1870’s.
The estate is now run by his son Christophe and has extended to 17 hectares with vineyard plots in Pouilly-Fuissé’s villages of Vergisson and Solutré.
Crisp red apples with white peach and saline, mineral backbone this is perfect with seafood and white meats.
