Description
Arthur Ostertag has fourteen hectares of vines around the village of Epfig, he farms sustainably, organically and biodynamically, certified since 1998.
Arthur owns 0.45 hectares of the Zellberg vineyard, located mid slope near the village of Nothalten. The soil is clay, limestone and the pink sandstone classic of the Voges that gives fat sensual wines wines with delicate aromas. The wines are aged in oak barrels 10-20% new for a year.
