Sylvain Langoureau’s old family Domaine is situated in the small hamlet of Gamay which is surrounded by the vineyards of Saint-Aubin. Sylvain took over in 1989 and with help from his wife Nathalie has grown the estate to 9 hectares mostly in St-Aubin and Puligny, farming organically and a hands-off approach in the cellar using only the natural yeast and a careful balance of oak, his 2022’s are delicious.

The Premier Cru of Le Champlot sits on a steep southwest facing slope overlooking the hamlet of Gamay. Altitude and limestone soils give good freshness and balance to the ripe red apple and peach fruit, 20% new oak give balanced flavours and texture to this lovely Saint-Aubin
