Multi-tasker Ivo Varbenov is a successful concert pianist, wine maker and the leading light promoting the burgeoning Bulgarian wine scene in the UK. Sadly his Great Aunt left all her vineyards to the Orthodox Church so after much research, he purchased vines in the South Saker Mountains of Bulgaria’s Thracian Lowlands region close to the Greek and Turkish border.
