This excellent vintage Champagne comes from the tiny House of Lucian Collard founded in Bouzy in 1933.
Now run by Auriane Denis who farms their 1 hectare of vines in Bouzy organically using biodynamic fertilizers, not certified.
Auriane’s delicious 2015 vintage is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay sourced from three different plots with a low dosage of 4g/l.
