Description
A deep, powerful and spicy Negroamaro from Marco Valiani’s Salsedine cantina in Puglia. The grapes are picked at full ripeness and fermented in stainless steel before spending 12 months in oak barrels. This is drinking well now but will keep for 2-3 years.
