Description

Simpsons elegant Canterbury Rose English sparkling rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on chalky soils of their vineyard on Kent’s North Downs. After bottle fermentation it ages for 12-18 months on its lees before bottling then rests another year before release. Attractive red fruits on the nose and creamy palate, very attractive.
