Description

This excellent Domaine based in Vergisson in Pouilly-Fuissé was founded by Thierry Drouin in the 1980’s. The estate is now run by his son Charles Edouard, who farms sustainably without the use of pesticides or chemicals.

His Le Vieux Puits  vineyard is situated in the village of Bussières 3k north of Vergisson. The wine is aged in a mix 50/50 stainless steel and oak of which 10% is new.

Vibrant and fresh red apples with a touch of peach with nicely integrated oak and a citrus finish, one of our go to value white Burgundies.
