Description
Some years ago, André Dezat bought 4.5 hectares of particularly well-sited vineyard near Tracy, which has been expanded a little each year to a total of 15 hectares, with parcels in other communes including St. Andelain and Nozet. Of their 15 hectares, 65% are from the clay/limestone pebbles, 25% limestone and clay and 10% flint. From 2021 his grand children have split the estate in half this portion is now run by Firmin Dezat. He farms organically certified from the 2024 vintage. This is still sourced from all three soil types giving depth and complexity to the smoky, flinty fresh Sauvignon fruit.
