We are excited to take on these excellent wines from Rascallion, quirky, interesting blends ideal for dinking now and well priced too.

Rascallion Wines was set up as a negociant in 2017 by Ross Sleet after time spent in the UK and South African wine trade with the idea to make attractive easy drinking blended wines from classic grapes sourced in the Western Cape aided by winemaker Riane Strydom.

The Vinyl Collection are a pair of interesting blends offering fun and pleasure and great value. From low yielding vineyards in the high lying Piekenierskloof region in the Citrusdal Mountains.

The Rascallion  33 ⅓ RPM White is from 40% Chenin Blanc, 40% Roussanne 10% Grenache Blanc 8% Viognier and 2% Verdelho, fermented separatey in stainless steel, with time on the lees before blending and bottling.

With a pale gold colour in the glass and a fresh red apple ansd peach nose and palate with leesy, mineral notes and fresh acidity, long and attractive.
