Tasting Notes
This classic 'Blanc de Noirs is made from estate grown Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which has been aged partly for 9 months in three year old French oak barrels and held back for further aging. The result is a full on red fruited yeasty briochey nose and a creamy powerful long flavoured palate impressive at this price. Court Garden is an exciting family run 17 acre single estate, situated on a south facing slope near Ditchling in Sussex's South Downs. Established in 2005.
