Tasting Notes
This really gluggable rosé comes from top Gigondas producer Yves Gras' Domaine Santa Duc sourced from several plots of vines falling outside the Côtes de Rhône AC. Made from 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah pressed gently under inert gas for freshness and its delicate colour. and then a cool fermentation. Delicate fresh and dry just what is required on a summers day, ticks all the boxes for the pale colour Police and better value than anything comparable from Provence, what’s not to like!
