Tasting Notes
André Dezat founded his Domaine over 40 years ago; it is now run by his two sons Louis and Simon and their two sons Arnaud and Firmin. Their 15 hectares of vines come from five villages and for this wine is made up from 10% flinty soils, 25% chalky clay and 65% stony limestone. The grapes are gently pressed and run into stainless steel tanks and under go a long cool fermentation then a further 2 month aging on its lees before bottling. With Vibrant fresh leafy, nettley and floral fruit on the nose with hints of flint and stones and a fresh mineral wrapped green fruited palate with nice length and a zippy citrusy finish.
