Tasting Notes
This comes from young bio-dynamically farmed Chenin Blanc vines, about 15 years old planted on clay sand and schist adding weight and richness. The grapes are carefully selected with three passes through the vineyard then fermented with its natural yeasts, then ages 9 months on it lees before bottling. The soils, lees aging and ripe grapes give a complex nose and palate, ripe apples, quinces and peaches and nice citrus acidity. Really good.
