Description

The stunning Château La Coste vineyard, hotel and art collection is owned by Irish property magnate Paddy McKillen. Spread across 600 acres of vineyards, olive groves, and woodland to the north east of Aix en Provence.

The Château la Coste Rosé is the is the signature expression of their estate – fresh, elegant, and finely textured. Sourced from organically and biodynamically grown fruit.

A bend of Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, mostly hand-harvested selected parcels undergo direct pressing (partly in whole bunches), with fermentation at low temperature to preserve purity. The wine is then matured on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for added depth.
