Description
Marselan is a hybrid grape created specifically for the Languedoc first licenced in 1990. A crossing between two of Frances most iconic grapes Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. The small berries give really good colour and a palate bursting with juicy blackberry and cherry fruit with licorice spice and easy toasty oak. Emmanuel Biscaye’s Domaine de l’Armet is situated near Monpellier in the heart of the eastern Languedoc, this is drinking beautifully, the soft tannins making it very approachable perfect with grilled meats or flavourful cheeses
