Description

Founded in the Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula in 1997, by three families with vineyards ten minutes apart. The wines we see today are the result of the work of Martin Spedding and his team who bought the winery in 2004. Expanding the vineyard holdings and building a new winery, transforming Ten Minutes by Tractor into one of the leading cool climate wineries in Australia.
The lively fresh 10X Chardonnay comes from a single vineyard site fermented with natural yeasts in old oak, some 228 litre French oak barrels, some 600 litre Austrian oak barrels. Only 20% goes through the malolactic fermentation to keep the vibrancy, with 11months aging in the same casks.
