Description

The wonderfully aromatic Estival is a blend of 60% Gewürztraminer, 30% Cardonnay and 10% Moscato Bianco sourced from a 17Ha Vineyard next to the coast, where the River Plate estuary meets the Atlantic Ocean.

The 3 grapes varieties are co-fermented in stainless steel for 25 days at 14°C and the resultant wine is bottlesd unfiltered. This is a beautiful summer wine, wonderfully aromatic and textured but still retaining freshness and a real core of minerality.
