Pablo is of Italian heritage his grandfather emigrated from Piedmont in the 1920’s so he has a definite tilt toward Italian grapes and styles.
This stunning Nebbiolo, is everything you would want from a powerful Barolo, which you rarely get and never at this price! the grapes are given a long maceration and cool fermentation then pressed to extract colour and the structured tannins fron the skins then aged 3 years in old French oak barrels
With a classic amber edge to the garnet colour, lots of dark cherries and black fruits, herbs and oak on the nose and a powerful palate of savory dark fruit herbs black tea and balanced tannins.
