Description

The 2018 vintage is a blend of 92% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Franc. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand before undergoing traditional fermentation. The wine is then matured for 14 months in French oak barrels.

Deep garnet in colour, the nose is fresh and expressive, with aromas of black cherry, plum and delicate floral notes. The palate combines ripe dark fruit with refined tannins and subtle oak, leading to a long, balanced finish. More restrained in style than many Pomerols, it offers purity, freshness and elegance. It is well suited to roast lamb, beef, game and mature hard cheeses.
