Description
Ch. Petit Serin is a small 0.7 hectare vineyard in Margaux, owned by one of France’s most famous carpenters, Yohan Juste. Unusually it is planted entirely with Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines average 40 years of age and are farmed organically, awaiting certification.
The wine macerates and ferments over 4 months in stainless steel before passing to barrel for a further 18 months, circa 5300 bottles produced.
