Description
The beautiful Tenuta Collazzi has belonged to the Marchi family since 1933. The 16th century Villa, designed by Michelangelo, sits atop a hill overlooking Florence. Surrounded by its 400 hectare estate, with 25 hectares under vine and 140 hectares of olive trees, farmland and woodland.
Their attractive ‘second’ wine, Libertà is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. This wine expresses great balance between the soft tannins of Merlot and the aromatic complexity of Cabernet Franc, drinking beautifully now and an absolute bargain.
