Description
Christophe Coillot makes some of the very best Marsannays, typified by deep, elegant and richly textured fruit. The Grasses Têtes vineyard, originally called Grosses Têtes because of the large stones poking through the soil which look like bald heads, making it tricky to plough and work. Christophe uses natural yeasts and ages the wines for about 18 months in oak.
