Description
Nathalie and Giles Fèvre run this old family Domaine, Nathalie handles the wine making while Giles tends the vines. Their Chablis comes from vines planted between 1960 and 2013 around the village of Fontenay-Prés-Chablis on classic chalky limestone. The wines spend 10 months on their lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Classic red apple and peach and pear fruit with that classic Chablis minerality and freshness.
