Description
The vines grow on coloured sandstone soils — red and brown sandy formations rich in iron oxide — which lend natural warmth, subtle mineral notes, and elegant support to the fruit. Grapes are 100% hand-harvested, kept cool for two days, then fermented on skins for 10 days. After pressing, the wine is matured in used barriques for eight months, developing gentle texture and soft tannins without overpowering the fruit.
In the glass, Spätburgunder 2025 shows vibrant red berry aromas with hints of cherry and raspberry. The palate is soft, balanced, and easy-drinking, with moderate acidity, fine tannins and a smooth, lingering finish.
