Description
Grahams excellent Six Grapes comes from the same vineyards from which their famous Vintage ports emerge, but the wines are treated to a shorter barrel aging in large old oak vats to keep the ripe blackberry fruit, and make it immediately enjoyable. Six Grapes is made primarily of the four grapes the violety and aromatic Touriga Franca, the rich, tannic and well-structured Touriga Nacional, the raspberry tinged Tinta Roriz and the sweet chocolatey Tinta Barroca. In addition there are components of Tinta Amarela, Tinta Cão, Souzão and Tinta Franciscas. The six grape bunch logo comes from the brand they used to mark the best barrels with, which were destined for Vintage Port.
