Cédric Allion is the 4th generation to run this estate situated in the Cher Valley in Touraine. The clay and limestone soils here are perfect for the Sauvignon Blanc. His wines are fresh and elegant with hints of grass and flowers to the nose and a fresh mineral wrapped palate. Drinking beautifully.
