Jean-Baptiste Ponsot is the third generation to run this small domaine in Rully in Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise. He farms his 8.8 hectare estate sustainably without using any pesticides or herbicides.

Jean-Baptiste farms just over 3 hectares of vines in the 1er Cru vineyard of Molesme, owned since 1954. Just under half is planted with Chardonnay the remainder Pinot Noir.

Beautiful marriage between weight and mineral tension. Aging 12 months in barrels 25% of new oak barrels.
