Description
This excellent Cap Classique comes fom the ever consistant Anthonij Rupert range of wines. The name comes from their L’Ormarins estate in Franschhoek home to their state of the art winery and beautiful 17th century Farmstead.
Made from 77% Chardonnay and 23% Pinot Noir, both varietal are pressed and fermented separately before blending and the second fermentation takes place in bottle where it remains on its lees for 2-3 years.
