Description
Manuel is the 4th generation to run this small domaine in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. Situated on the reverse slopes above Nuits-St-Georges and Vosne-Romanée.
This complex Bourgogne Aligoté comes from 40 year old vines on a steep 30% hillside. The grapes are gently crushes and cold macerated and fermented over 30 days and left on their lees for a year before bottling.
