Description
Trentacoste’s ripe and darkly fruity Primitivo comes from vines around the city of Taranto in Puglia. The closeness to the Gulfo di Taranto gives some cooling influence to the warm climate and the iron rich soils give depth.
The bunches are destemmed and given a warm maceration and fermentation to extract the fruit and colour. This is soft and inviting with plenty of depth and length
