Description
Established by Giovanni Carminucci in 1928, the Carminucci estate is now run by his son, Piero, who produces high quality wines from organically farmed grapes.
The 45 hectares of vines are grown between the municipalities of Offida and Grottammare, home to the Pecorino DOCG.
Piero’s attractive Viabore Bianco comes from Trebbiano 80%, Passerina 10% and Pecorino 10% given 12 hours cold soak to release the aromas and fruit before fermenting and aging in stainless steel
Floral and aromatic with a fresh palate of red apple and mineral notes, drinking beautifully.
