David Nieuwoudt’s stunning Five Generations Cabernet-Sauvignon is a homage to the four generations before him to farm this estate.  From selected barrels of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, grown on red slate at over 1000m up in the Cederberg Mountains. Due to the altitude the vines are virus free and require little spraying. The wines undergo their malolactic fermentation and 18 months aging in new French oak barrels. The wine is deep dark and impressive, drinking now but will age a further 10-15 years
