Domaine Clément Lavallee based in Saint Bris Le Vineux, southwest of Chablis, was created in 2019 with the purchase of 1.4 hectares in Chablis. With recent purchases and the inheritance of his father’s estate, Clément’s holdings have grown to 14 hectares.

Clément works sustainably with low intervention in the vineyards and cellar, eschewing pesticides and chemicals and minimal filtration of the resultant wines.

Clément’s thrilling Bourgogne Aligoté Pariot is not to be missed, multi textured, mineral and very long it is aged for 11 months, 40% in 225l oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel.
