Description
Olivier Bernard is making stunning wines at Domaine de Chevalier which nestles in a wood in the heart of the Leognan in the Graves. This unique terroir, slightly warmer than it’s neighbours with white gravels which gives plenty of mineral notes to this elegant yet complex Graves. This is his ever consistant second wine is no exception, very elegant dark fruits with the classic Graves minerality. Drinking now but will keep well too.
