Description
Domaine des Deux Roches is run by the Collovray and Terrier families, based in Davayé near Pouilly-Fuissé.
Their excellent Mâcon-Villages comes from Chardonnay vines planted on chalk and limestone in the villages of Chevagny-les-Chevrières, Charnay-les-Mâcon, Davayé and Chardonnay.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preseve the freshmess and bottled with minimal SO2,the result is a lovely glass of well priced Burgundy.
