Description
K’Avshiri, meaning coming together, was created in 2018 by English wine critic Robert Joseph and winemaker Valdimer Kublashvili to experiment with the diverse grapes and wine-making styles of Georgia resulting in these complex multi vintage Assemblages.
Their Assemblage 2023 is selected from four vintages from four regions and eight grape varieties. Using a mix of classic fermentation, co-fermentation, and fermentation in Qvevri.
The result is a complex powerful red and black fruited mineral wrapped red.
