Description

K’Avshiri, meaning coming together, was created in 2018 by English wine critic Robert Joseph and winemaker Valdimer Kublashvili to experiment with the diverse grapes and wine-making styles of Georgia resulting in these complex multi vintage Assemblages.

Their white is a blend of at least nine grapes, four vintages, 2023, 2022,2021 and 2017 from two regions vinified in stainless steel, oak and clay Qvevri.

Complex is an oft overused word but it sums this up perfectly.
